It was jammer’s night at Jazz Central on February 10th as the Dayton Blues Society’s “Blue Sunday “ Blues Jam took the stage hosted by The Uptown Players. What a great room and a great time. Big thanks to Gary “Guitar” Williams on, duh, guitar, Skip Conners on Bass, and Jake “The Snake” Shumaker on [...] 12/2/12 Sunday, December 2nd the Tumbleweed Connection was the place to be for a ton of fantastic blues. Hosted by the DBS “Road to Memphis” Band Challenge winners, Blue Sacrifice, the place oozed with high energy before the first note was played. And Blue Sacrifice did not disappoint anyone, ripping into some beautiful original tunes [...] 11/11/12 Jimmy’s Ladder 11 on Brown Street was the place to be Sunday, November 11, 2012.
